If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Submit false, misleading, or harmful information

Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Services

Use the AI receptionist for spam or unsolicited marketing

6. Payments and Billing

Fees are specified in your service agreement or invoice

Payment is due according to the agreed terms

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services

7. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

The AI receptionist is designed to assist with calls but may not capture every nuance of a conversation

We do not guarantee a specific sales conversion rate or business outcome

The client is responsible for reviewing and verifying appointments, bookings, and customer interactions

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate at any time by providing written notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chatflow Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chatflow Automations from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
